一、背景

在springboot项目中使用springmvc web.resources的形式进行文件访问。本地上传txt文件编码格式为GB2312(中文简体),浏览器可以正常预览;本地上传txt文件编码格式为UTF-8,浏览器预览乱码,此时查看浏览器的编码格式为GBK:
