题目：

想法：

对输入的数值循环除以2直至数值小于等于1，如果最终的数值为1则为2的幂，小于1则不是2的幂。

class Solution:
    def isPowerOfTwo(self, n: int) -> bool:
        if n == 1:
            return True
        
        while n > 1:
            n = n / 2
            if n == 1:
                return True
        
        return False

时间复杂度：$O(logn)$。
空间复杂度：$O(1)$。
