创建python虚拟环境：

conda create --name pyo3 python=3.11.7

激活虚拟环境：

conda activate pyo3

安装依赖：

pip install maturin

初始化项目：

maturin init

构建项目：

maturin develop

使用python调用这个库进行测试：

>>> import c01_hello_pyo3
>>> c01_hello_pyo3.sum_as_string(3,333)
