进入界面可以直接搜索，然后点击小眼镜打开

一个series代表一个研究方面

而release是不断更新的协议版本，具有时效性。
同一个series下可能会有不同时期的release，便代表不同时期的版本

4.然后就可点击找到的协议，弹出小窗口可能会有很多版本，点击需要的版本即可下载

5.然后就可以看到自己下载的文件了
