安装ROS noetic
官网步骤

sudo apt update
sudo apt install ros-noetic-desktop-full
sudo apt install python3-rosdep
sudo rosdep init
rosdep update
会遇到rosdep update超时,按https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/611657421方法运行脚本即可
工作环境初始化

source ~/.bashrc
