二、通过maven下载的2.1.6.RELEASE.pom的格式是html类型

三、解决方案：更换aliyun的maven镜像仓库

以前报错的镜像为：

<mirror>
	<id>nexus-aliyun</id>
	<mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>
	<name>Nexus aliyun</name>
	<url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public</url>
</mirror>

现更换为：

<mirror>
	<id>aliyunmaven</id>
	<mirrorOf>*</mirrorOf>
	<name>阿里云公共仓库</name>
	<url>https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public</url>
</mirror>
