Windows上部署flink1.17

flink的下载链接

进入页面后下滑找到Apache Flink，然后找到对应版本，之后点击Binaries

找到xxx-bin-scala-xxx.tgz文件下载

下载完成后直接本地解压
解压后进入bin目录新增两个.bat文件（直接复制下面内容<注意命名>）

1.start-cluster.bat文件
