1 简介

SAP S4 HANA 里 EWM 包装功能使用 PS（packaging specification）代替原有的包装功能 PM（packaging management）, PI（packaging instruction）。PS 生成的 HU 也会从 EWM 同步到 ERP，可以在 LE - Delivery 查看。当维护好 PS 之后，从 LE - Delivery 创建的 delivery 同步到 EWM 的同时，会自动更新包装状态并显示“完成”。当 EWM GR 之后，自动生成 HU.

PS 架构如下：

• Header

  Attributes such as the name of the packaging specification, user name of the creation user, status, and so on.

• Contents

  A packaging specification contains a product. However, some packaging specifications contain more than one product, or refer to other packaging specifications.

• Level

  You can map various packing levels in a packaging specification. Each level contains a target quantity, which defines how many times you can pack the previous level into this level.

• Element group

  For each level there is exactly one element group. However, you can reuse element groups in several packaging specifications.

• Elements

  Elements consist of a packaging material and/or a work step.

• Step

  A text with an identification, which you can use in one or more packaging specifications.

• Packaging material

  A product that is defined with a packaging material type in the product master.

2 业务流程

1）创建 PO - ME21N.

2）创建内向交货单，同时分配给 EWM 库存 - VL31N.

3）EWM 包装状态“完成” - /SCWM/PRDI.

4）EWM GR - /SCWM/PRDI.

5）检查 EWM HU - /SCWM/PRDI.

每一个包装物料最高对应 8 个原材料，原材料 GR 10个，所以生成 2 个 HU.

6）检查 LE - Delivery HU & 物料移动 - VL33N.

3 主数据

1）创建原材料物料主数据

2）创建原材料 EWM 主数据

3）创建包装主数据

EWMS4-CAR00

4）创建 packaging work step - /SCWM/PSWORKSTEP.

5）创建 Element Group - /SCWM/PSEG.

6）创建 PS - /SCWM/PACKSPEC.

创建 PS 的时候，选 PS group 会自动生成 PS 号，然后点击详细按钮展开 PS 架构。

创建产品和包装物料，维护相关数量信息。

4 后台配置

SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Packaging Specification -> Define Packaging Specification Group.

2) SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Packaging Specification -> Maintain Structure of Packaging Specification.

Define Level Type.

Define Element Type.

Define Level Set.

Define Work Step Type.

Define Packaging Material Types.

Assign Packaging Material Type to Element Type.

Assign Work Step Type to Packaging Material Type.

总结：PS（packaging specification）是 EWM 的主数据，系统会根据 PS 自动创建 HU.
