一、项目简介

进入信息时代以来，很多数据都需要配套软件协助处理，这样可以解决传统方式带来的管理困扰。比如耗时长，成本高，维护数据困难，数据易丢失等缺点。本次使用数据库工具MySQL和编程技术JSP开发的论文管理系统，可以实现目标用户群需要的功能，其中管理员管理教师，学生，论文，课题以及课题选择还有公告信息。教师发布论文课题，查看学生选择的论文的课题以及学生上交的论文。学生选择课题，查看已选课题并上交论文，查看已经上交的论文详情以及管理员发布的公告。

总之，论文管理系统是基于计算机进行数据的处理，则可以短时间内批量完成数据的管理，就连基本的数据录入，更改错误的数据，统计数据等操作要求都可以轻松完成，这样的系统的运用可以减少很多繁琐的工作量，让数据的管理人员提升效率，节省数据处理投入的资金和时间。同时，论文管理系统本身就有配套的数据库，用于保存系统的后台数据，对于数据保存的容量则是传统模式不能相比的，在数据安全性上，也有相应的加密技术提供保护，所以数据泄露和被人窃取都不是易事。

下图为管理员的功能设计，管理员管理教师，学生，论文，课题以及课题选择还有公告信息。

管理员功能实现

教师管理

管理教师是管理员的功能。其运行效果图如下。新增教师，修改教师，查询教师等操作都是在本页面完成。

学生管理

管理学生是管理员的功能。其运行效果图如下。学生的资料需要管理员负责管理，包括修改学生的专业，邮箱，手机，班级等信息，管理员通过查询功能提供学生账号即可获取学生信息。

 

公告管理

管理公告是管理员的功能。其运行效果图如下。本模块主要让管理员负责发布公告，对公告的资料进行更改，点击删除按钮即可删除对应的公告信息。

教师功能实现

课题管理

管理论文课题是教师的功能。其运行效果图如下。教师负责发布论文课题信息，在本页面可以随时修改论文课题相关描述信息。

 

论文查看

查看学生上交的论文是教师的功能。其运行效果图如下。教师需要下载学生上交的论文，查询学生上交的论文，查看学生上交的论文详情。

课题管理

学生进人本人后台之后，可以选择课题。其运行效果图如下。学生查看各个课题的描述信息，下载课题文件，点击课题右侧的课题选择按钮即可选择课题。

学生进人本人后台之后，可以查看课题选择信息。其运行效果图如下。学生查看已经选择的课题，然后完成课题论文，并在本页面上交论文。

 

论文查看

学生进人本人后台之后，可以查看已经上交的论文。其运行效果图如下。学生查询上交的论文，下载上交的论文，查看上交论文的详情信息。
