今天租借了云服务器搭建了debian9，给apt-get换源过程中出现了很多问题，主要有两个问题：
- 问题1：
sudo apt-get update
0% [Working]

出现这两个的主要问题就是使用csdn的一些文章推荐的，但是这些都有问题，包括阿里云自己的地址都没有更新，但是下面有一个评论更新了新的地址：
